Oh My God!! Who knew that we had it in us. Woman leading change can actually be leaders in their chosen fields. Amongst us we have some real livewires to help us along on our journey. I can't wait. We have the skills of Loopy Laura to give us her enthusiam, Mel to give us her creativity, Libby to give us her determination, Kylie to give us her oneness with our environment,and Beverley to give us her passion, of an industry that affects a large part of our community. Yesterday I found out that Renae will also be joining us, and from someone that knows her well, I know she will bring to us her continual positivity that she is well known for. I can't wait to work with such wonderful like minded woman. All the things that I have higlighted are all qualitites needed to achive the relults that we desire .I have been frantically trying to get some notes together to present a meeting on steps to achieve our visions and goals. Wednesday certainly showcased our wide and diversified skills. Thank-you to Sharyn and Jennie for allowing this to happen.

Hello, I am Vicki Jones and I live on a cattle property in western Queensland. I live and work here with my husband and children. We are very lucky to be doing what we love for our work. My other passion is to help people to achieve & acknowledge their potential. This could be in their personal, family or business life. I have been nurturing this passion for about 10 years and because of an opportunity given to me recently I am able to expand on this dream and create something that will not only allow me to achieve my goals but help others as well. This opportunity has come about by realising that climate change is a real factor that will not only affect our livelihood on the land, but also how we will make choices in our home, work and recreation lives.
